The Revelation That Sparked Our Mission
Our journey began with an interview that stopped us in our tracks. El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele, when asked how his country turned around in just three years, said his cabinet prayed to God for guidance. That moment lit a fire in us—we knew we had to go to El Salvador to learn more. God led us to 1 Timothy 2:1-2: “I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them. Pray this way for kings and all who are in authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives.” We realized it was the Body of Christ, united in prayer, that had delivered their nation.
The next day, our tour driver asked why we’d come. “Because God has delivered this country,” we replied. To our amazement, they confirmed it: “It was the Body of Christ banding together to pray for our nation.” They told us who these believers were and where to find them. The following Sunday, we attended their service. There, the Director of Pacto Global - Mexico happened to be present. When he learned we were from Canada, he said, “We’ve been searching for delegates from Canada to join our daily prayer mission.” In a powerful meeting with a minister from El Salvador, we were entrusted with prayer strategies to lift up our own nation. From that divine encounter, our mission was born: to unite the Body of Christ across Canada, praying as one to keep our land glorious and free. Now, connected to 70+ countries through Pacto Global, we’re part of a global movement to illuminate the darkness. This is our story—and it’s just the beginning. Will you join us ?

Our work is strengthened by our affiliation with Pacto Global - Mexico, a global network spanning 70 countries. Together, we are part of a worldwide movement to shine light into the darkness.
